Who is the controller of your personal data?
Your personal data controller, ie. the organization deciding how your personal data will be used, is Applied Manufacturing Science spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (limited liability company) with registered office at the address: Złotniki, ul. How did we get your data?
We have got your data from you in connection with a cooperation between us or based on your consent.
What is the purpose and legal grounds for the processing of your personal data by the Company?
We can process your personal data because it is necessary to conclude and perform an agreement between us, including to:
- enable the provision of services by electronic means;
- handle complaints;
- handle your communications to us (eg. via the contact form);
- contact you, including for purposes related to the provision of services;
In addition, we also process your personal data for the purposes indicated below, based on the legitimate interest of the Company, which is:
- to ensure the security of the services we provide;
- to collect debts and conduct court, arbitration and mediation proceedings;
- to carry out statistical analysis;
- to store data for record-keeping purposes,
- for tax and accounting purposes and to fulfil other public-law obligations we have under generally applicable law.
In addition, only if you give your consent, the Company processes your personal data in order to save data in cookie files and to collect data from websites and mobile applications, and for other purposes which are indicated directly in your data processing consent statement.
Do you need to provide your personal data to us and what data do we process?
The Company requires you to provide personal data to be able to conclude and perform an agreement concluded with you. The data you provide to us are: your name, surname, address, telephone number and e-mail address. If you do not provide your personal data, unfortunately we will not be able to conclude an agreement with you. If required by law, we may require you to provide other data necessary eg. for accounting or tax reasons. In all other respects, providing your data is voluntary.
What are your rights with respect to the Company in terms of the processed data?
You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data, as well as to limit the processing of your data, to transfer your data, not to be subject to automated decision making, including profiling, and the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
As regards data we process based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect the legality of processing which was carried out based on such consent before its withdrawal.
In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint regarding our processing of your personal data with the supervisory authority, ie. the President of the Personal Data Protection Authority (address: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
In what situations can you object to the processing of your data?
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data when such processing is based on a legitimate interest or is carried out for statistical purposes, and your objection is justified by a special situation in which you have found yourself.
Who do we share your personal information with?
The Company may share your personal data with companies in the Nickel group with which it has personal or capital links, as well as couriers, service providers and other entities, if it is necessary to perform the agreement. The Company may provide your personal data to public authorities.
How long do we retain your personal data?
The Company stores your personal data for the time necessary to perform the agreement and for the time during which it is possible to pursue claims in connection with the performance of the agreement, and for the purposes of public law settlements, up to 6 years from the date of termination of cooperation. In addition, we may retain your data for the purpose of preventing abuse and fraud, for statistical and record-keeping purposes for a period of 10 years from the date of termination of cooperation or from an event that necessitates such processing.
Do we transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area?
Your data will not be transferred by the Company outside the European Economic Area, except for transferring data to Google LLC and Trello Inc., based on appropriate legal safeguards which are the standard personal data protection clauses approved by the European Commission.
Do we process your personal data automatically (including through profiling) in a way that affects your rights?
Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, nor will it be subject to profiling.
